For any maintenance issues, please submit a request through your tenant portal!
Note:
- A request for maintenance or repair shall be
deemed a waiver of the 24-hour notice to enter your unit.
- Non-emergency requests submitted Monday-Thursday will be addressed within 24 hours. Requests submitted after 2:00pm on a Friday will be addressed the following Monday. Major holidays excluded.
- Emergency requests will be addressed immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Unsure if your maintenance issue is an emergency? Please click here. In the event of a maintenance emergency, call 614-299-9940 right away.
